We support our procurement process by communicating standards to our suppliers through our responsible sourcing programme, which covers a broad range of topics including payment practices, social and environmental compliance including modern slavery.

Standards for our suppliers, T&Cs and Our Code
Reliable and responsible supply chains are essential for serving our customers and supporting strong communities. We take great care to treat our suppliers fairly and collaborate to drive high standards of business conduct to maximise opportunities and minimise risk across our supply chain. We interact with suppliers in many ways such as tender and bid processes, surveys, site inspections and events. These interactions cover a broad range of topics such as payment practices, ways of working as well as strengthening social and environmental compliance which includes modern slavery.
