Whether that's supporting them in an emergency with no heating or hot water or simply guiding them through the best options with their account - it all matters! With the rising cost of living, we want to help consumers who are struggling in any way we can. Our customer service colleagues play a huge part in this – and it takes a special kind of person to support our customers in this way. We’ve recently launched a new campaign to stop the silence around energy debt and help people get the advice and support they need from organisations like the British Gas Energy Trust – as well as investing £2 million in new energy advice centres.
We want to work in a way that's best for you - and our customers. We're putting flexibility first and striving to find the right balance between home and office working. Most of our teams work flexibly from the comfort of their own home - and commute to one of our offices in Uddingston, Leeds, Stockport, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Leicester, for the occasional catch-up with colleagues.
