The work

• Working in voided and occupied social housing properties carrying out installs and repairs of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
• Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and damaged pipes.
• Radiator fitting, repairing radiator leaks and valves.

The person

• Must hold a valid in-date driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent (ACS preferable)
• Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must maintain knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards.
