British Gas has announced a new partnership with Navien, one of the UK’s leading domestic and commercial heating manufacturers. 

Revealed at InstallerSHOW 2025, the partnership marks a bold step forward in delivering seamless customer service, national repair coverage, and expert warranty support across Navien’s gas and oil boiler ranges and heat pumps.

The collaboration will give Navien customers access to British Gas’ extensive network of trusted engineers, enabling faster response times, consistent service standards, and peace of mind across the entire product lifecycle. Whether supporting gas boilers, oil boilers, smart controls or low-carbon systems such as heat pumps, the partnership ensures that every Navien installation is backed by one of the most established engineering forces in the UK.
