Annual General Meeting 2026
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Centrica plc was held at The Parkgate Hotel, Westgate Street, Cardiff CF10 1DA on Thursday 7 May 2026 at 10.30am (UK time).
Shareholders were able to attend in person or electronically via a live webcast and were able to vote and ask questions prior to and during the meeting. All the resolutions proposed at the AGM were decided on a poll and were passed. The results are set out below.
