Further to the release of the Company’s preliminary results announcement on 20 February 2025 at 7am, the Company announces that it has today, 18 March 2025, published its 2024 Annual Report and Accounts (2024 Annual Report).
In accordance with Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5R, it is announced that:
(a) the 2024 Annual Report is publicly available on the Company’s website on the following direct link: www.centrica.com/ar24; and
(b) the 2024 Annual Report will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will then be available in full unedited text for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
