Centrica plc’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at Centrica plc, Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD on Friday, 22 May 2020 at 9.00 am. All resolutions proposed at the AGM were decided on a poll and were passed. The results are set out in the attached.
