Moody’s downgrades Centrica to Baa1 with a stable outlook
Centrica plc notes that Moody’s Investors Service yesterday downgraded the issuer rating and senior unsecured ratings of Centrica to Baa1 from A3.
Centrica plc notes that Moody’s Investors Service yesterday downgraded the issuer rating and senior unsecured ratings of Centrica to Baa1 (stable outlook) from A3 (negative outlook).
Centrica continues to target strong investment grade credit ratings, and Moody’s Baa1 rating is consistent with this target.
