We are creating a workplace fit for the future by investing in our people’s development and providing opportunities that attract a diverse array of talent. Towards this, we are generating technical skills to serve our customers through apprenticeships and mentoring. We are also plugging the shortage of skills in our sector by inspiring the next generation to pursue a career in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).
