• Previous customer service experience
• Must be sales oriented with a focus on customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with upselling. Prefer previous experience in upselling.
• Ability to work within a team setting and achieve individual goals
• Proficient with computers



• Scheduling service appointments with customers in a timely, professional manner
• Renew agreements with existing customers
• Responsible for establishing rapport with new and existing customers, identify needs to sell, cross-sell, and renew Direct Energy products and services.
