  • College degree in business, finance or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills - able to quickly understand, isolate and resolve issues
  • Previous experience where demonstrated critical thinking skills can be shown
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to engage with other subject matter experts, technical teams and end users to understand process / system
  • Quick and self-directed learner
  • Ability to influence others in execution of their project related tasks
  • 3 plus years of experience working in a sales environment; energy experience is a plus
  • Project management skills


  • Manage and report key metrics (SPH, product performance, Gross margin, leakage / conversion performance, speed to market on changes, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain sales forecast and planning models
  • Identify and make recommendations to improve sales performance or delays, and implement workflow improvements
  • Troubleshoot partner or vendor enrollment or system failures and provide insight on where / why the order failed to complete
  • Organize and manage contract, collateral inventory and sales material for vendors and partners
  • Collaborate with other analysts, technology teams, quality assurance, compliance, regulatory, legal, and business users to drive process improvements in sales execution
  • Support the other sales teams with both partners and vendors – Some travel required
  • Scope prospective partnership or business opportunities
  • Prepare Presentations, Special projects, research and ad hoc analysis
