  • Ability to navigate multiple teams and systems to achieve desired business result
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to take the initiative, work independently and accomplish tasks
  • Basic understanding of Project Management principles and schedule management.
  • Basic awareness of financial, strategic, and operational considerations in a dynamic business required
  • Ability to interpret data that drive Sales and Marketing recommendations
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • 2-5 years experience
  •  Proven track record of successfully delivering on projects / initiatives
  • Experience in a matrix organization


  • Implement, Go to Market process for NA Home market launches with a focus on the customer relationship and continuous improvement
  • Effectively deploy of sales and marketing initiatives across multiple lines of business within NA Home
  • Deploy strategic initiatives across business lines and functional groups in a matrix organization
  • Lead discussions with Operations, Pricing, Channels, Commercial, Brand, Legal and Regulatory, and others as needed to translate strategy from concept to successful customer relationships
  • Utilize data and analysis to evaluate effectiveness of and improve market launches
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders to deliver best practices for market launches
  • Communicate with and deliver presentations to internal team and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain an understanding of customer demographics, segmentation analysis, and brand positioning strategy
