Customer Service Representative

Provide Customer Service to Direct Energy Home Services’ Alberta's customers. Requires customer service experience - specifically outbound sales and/or call center experience. Prefer previous experience with HVAC or home services company. Ideal candidate will be goal oriented.
Provide customer service primarily via phone (inbound and outbound)
Dispatch and scheduling
Work with existing database of customers and new customers
