Overview

Reporting to the Global Supply Planning Manager, the UK Supply and
Distribution Planner
is responsible for managing distribution requirements in the UK and Ireland, and supporting the wider supply chain team, you will be part of a small but growing team, offering a wide range of responsibilities and projects.

The Role

You will manage the UK and IE demand plan for all products and sales channels, creating and submitting all new product and kitting bill of materials (BOMs) to our distribution partner for set up. To place test orders for all new product launches to ensure correct fulfilment and create and manage the weekly kitting product plan to ensure full product availability for all sales channels whilst maintaining optimum inventory parameters is key to the role.

The Person

To be successful you will maintain optimum inventory levels for packaging and accessory kitting components and liaise with the wider supply chain team to place replenishment orders, creating and managing the forecast and supply of all consumer replacement parts. You will also manage the inventory status reports for all products and components to ensure they are maintained to the correct status, highlighting any overstocks and obsolescence and maintain the consumer returns process from all sales channels and oversee the sortation process with our distribution partner.

Ensuring daily fulfilment SLAs are maintained by our distribution partner and managing adhoc internal business inventory requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities and methods of streamlining UK distribution are also required.

  • Excellent time management skills Good command of MS office, with at least intermediate Excel skills
