Excellent customer service skills

Evening and weekend availability (Must be able to work by 3 or 4 pm until 8 pm during the week; 1st shift hours on weekend). Will work approximately 25 hours per week. There is potential for this position to evolve into a full-time role within a year. 

Comfortable with upselling. Ability to earn commission on upsells, but not a high pressure sales environment and no cold calls!

Ability to multi-task


Responsible for handling inbound phone calls from our internal and external customers - No Cold Calling!
Accountable in setting up new customer accounts and scheduling service appointments in a timely manner
Provide customer resolution to customer issues
Ability to transfer calls from various departments of divisions as needed
Basic knowledge of company products and services
Able to perform other duties as assigned
