As one of our engineers, you’ll be part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team that is responsible for supplying millions of customers. So you’ll soon get used to working quickly and reliably under pressure, and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to build the knowledge and skills needed to help us meet the great challenges we are facing in the future.

Your placements

The programme runs for 3 years.  There will be 3 x one year placements which will give you the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience.

We’ll provide the support and encouragement you need to meet your individual goals so that you can develop quickly in the role, the rest is up to you.

What you will need

We’re looking for passionate, creative engineers who can deliver solutions within tight timeframes, and implement them safely and successfully. Your work will often involve you travelling to remote locations, so a full UK driving licence is essential.  You also need a 1st or 2:1 MEng degree in either Electrical or C&I engineering which is accredited by the relevant engineering body.
