You’ll be joining a team of people from many different backgrounds who are united in living our values of Care, Collaboration, Courage, Delivery and Agility. Our call centre is a short distance from the train station and public transport in Hattersley (SK14 3QU).
As a Customer Service Advisor within our debt operation, your role will be to focus on providing the correct resolutions for both our customers and the business, recognising vulnerable customers, collecting balances and providing solutions to ensure effective long term payment arrangements. You will manage customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering a world class customer service.

If you’ve got outstanding interpersonal skills and take pride in giving your best, our comprehensive seven weeks training will give you the knowledge to deliver a first-class customer experience.

You’ll also need to be flexible, we are here for our customers 6 days a week, Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm and shift patterns reflect this.
