The Product Owner will be responsible for managing , developing and growing the use of the self serve journeys across British Gas digital portfolio – website and mobile. You will be responsible for making each self serve journey an effortless experience resulting in maximum journey conversion. You will develop future Digital capabilities to drive improvements across these journeys to ensure digital targets are met and customer satisfaction scores are improved.
You will be used to working in a matrix environment and have proven experience with influencing teams not directly reporting into you and have Agile working experience. You will have experience with working as a Digital Product Owner in a large complex organisation and be commercially astute. You must be able to work with operations and communicate effectively and drive customers to our digital offerings.
Location: Staines Salary: Up to £60,000 - dependent on experience, £5,100 car allowance, bonus and benefits.
