•Bachelor's degree - focus in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics. MBA preferred.
•10+ years of experience, preferably in the energy industry.
•Strong leadership capabilities
•Ability to work effectively across teams in a matrix organization
•Ability to collect and interpret market and competitor data
•Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to take the initiative, work independently and accomplish tasks
•Experience with financial, strategic, and operational considerations in a dynamic business required
•Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to drive Offer recommendations
•Must be detail-oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task
•Excellent critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Create compelling offers based on a thorough understanding of customer needs, market conditions, and competitive position
•Establish criteria for product development
•Develop and maintain repository of market intelligence for NA home lines of business including
◦Competitor offers and bundles
◦Trends in the market
◦Publicly available price points
◦Market M&A activity
•Prioritize and manage offer creation based on strategic needs of the business and resource availability
•Interface with Operations, Pricing, Commercial, Brand, Legal and Regulatory, and Sales Channels to refine offers
•Manage and motivate team of direct reports to develop an in depth understanding of existing and potential customers to rive offer strategy
•Develop offers that incorporate cross selling to improve enterprise value across lines of business.
•Incorporate elements of customer life-cycle management to offer development that will promote customer retention and improve customer lifetime value
•Utilize data and analysis to evaluate effectiveness of offers in market
•Drive collaboration with stakeholders to deliver innovative offers that fit customers’ needs
•Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports
•Communicate with and deliver presentations to internal team and cross-functional teams to make business decisions
•Keep a pulse of market and industry developments as well as business performance issues and opportunities
•Maintain an understanding of segmentation analysis, and brand positioning strategy
•Develop deep understanding of our customers, their profiles, their behaviors, and opportunities for increasing acquisition and retention
