Job Description

Hive is growing at breakneck speed, with an intent to invest over £500M in the business over the next several years.  We have launched our product line in the US and Canada (www.hivehome.com) and our business development teams are filling up the pipeline!  The Channel Development team is growing to accommodate new partnerships.  Hive is a fast-paced, innovative startup environment with the financial security of our FTSE 100 parent company, Centrica PLC.  Our work culture is results-driven, casual, and flexible.  We have offices in London, Houston, Boston, New York, Toronto, and a national account with WeWork.

Channel Managers at Hive are the “customers” of our marketing, sales, project management, finance, operations, and other global teams.  You will own your partnership’s P&L, reporting to the Director of NA Channel Development.  The successful candidate is experienced and confident with the daily relationship management of large internal and external partnerships, with a track record of execution and delivery.  Thoughtful, concise communication skills are critical.  Beyond base execution and objectives, you will also be looking for ways to grow the partnership over time.  

Requirements

-          3-5+ years of account management or comparable experience

-          Demonstrated results delivering partner KPIs

-          Consumer tech experience is a plus but not required

-          Excellent written and communication skills

-          Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

-          Management of partnership P&L, and key commercial KPIs

-          Intimate ownership of daily execution

-          Collaboration and input on product and proposition development

-          Facilitation of partner marketing campaigns in conjunction with local marketing team

-          Daily management of partnership sales volume

-          Interaction with the full channel development team to support where needed

-          Possible support of external business development, as needed

-          Travel to partners and internally within Hive required, as needed

-          Other commercial projects as assigned
