Overview

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Debt Field Operation Manager to join our growing team. As a Field Manager you are responsible for our front office and back office customer facing and support teams within Debt Field Operation. You will manage, coach, train and support a team of Field Representatives and Court Officers, while building effective relationships across the wider 

The Role

The Field Manager will carry out regular district visits and performance reviews in the field with a minimum of one of each per quarter, maintaining consistent and continuous with performance management actions, within company policy guidelines. You will track and monitor performance by using a suite of MI, while Ensuring that operational problems which impact on service delivery are identified and resolved through working with colleagues both internally and externally.

Safety is our number one priority and as a Field Manager you will be an ambassador and role model for Health and Safety at all times, both for the business and our customer base. Through your exemplary communication skills and positive outlook you will drive performance and be accountable for the day to day operation of your team area and support colleagues during holidays and absences.

The Person

  • Experience of leading, managing and motivating a medium size team of 12+ with remote management experience
  • Expert Knowledge of Various Collection Techniques and understanding of Industry, regulatory and credit environment constraints
  • Ability to work with and effectively manage Third party relationships, including Police, courts, engineers and locksmiths
  • Have working knowledge of the warrant process and procedure to support team by giving help and advise
  • Strong organisation skills along with the ability and capacity to work flexibly.
