This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing and dynamic part of British Gas UK Business (UKB). We are looking for likeminded people to join our SME Sales Team at our Leicester Spinneyside office, ideally with experience of working in a sales & service environment.

UKB is an integral part of Centrica, Britain's leading supplier of energy to businesses and dedicated to the needs of small and medium-sized customers through to large industrial and commercial users.

We believe in doing the right thing by keeping things simple, treating customers fairly and only promoting products and services that we know will benefit them keeping in line with the British Gas Way Of Selling.

As a SME sales agent you will facilitate great conversations, finding out exactly what customers need and then offering the appropriate products and propositions. You’ll build trust and you’ll take ownership of each call, getting to the heart of what customers are looking for in their choice of supplier and providing a standard of service that earns our customers’ trust.

We’ll give you comprehensive training on our systems, products and call types before you speak to your first customer and, as one of our values is being extraordinary together, you’ll have the support of your team to ensure you deliver a great customer experience and meet your targets.
