We are looking for an experienced CRM Analytics Manager to join our growing and highly respected Effectiveness & Optimisation team based at our HQ in Staines - TW18 (Only 25 mins from Clapham). You will be responsible for managing business critical CRM projects within our Customer Data & Insights function.

Package circa: £80,000 including Travel/Car allowance, Pension, bonus, Flexible benefits and 25 days annual leave, as well as the opportunity for flexible working.

What will you be up to?

You will lead a team of CRM Analytical Specialists that will create the vision, optimisation, measurement and arbitration frameworks for a wide array of targeted CRM Best Next Action and Lifecycle campaign activity across multiple channels and brands.

You will be responsible for driving efficiencies and the continuous improvement of our marketing effectiveness and dashboard capability. Ownership of the required optimisation strategies that will help the enterprise to resolve trade-offs between volume and value, individual business units and enterprise, product and customer.

One of your first tasks in this role will be to determine the strategic roadmap for CRM effectiveness and optimisation for the future including the unification of reporting and analytics toolsets. You will also be asked to look at customer insight and statistical models for developing customer contact plans, allocating customer investment, targeting communications and developing propositions.

Our ideal new leader will be someone that will quickly establish themselves as a resident expert within their field and as an indispensible part of their stakeholders decision making process. You will be able to demonstrate through your application not only your expertise within the field of CRM Analytics and Marketing but also your leadership experience and qualities.  You will need to come from a solid CRM Analytical background within an end user, consultancy or customer focused organisations where you have proven experience of driving marketing effectiveness and optimisation improvement as well as implementing a best practice approach to campaign value maximisation.
