Team Leader

Based in Manchester, M16 0TW, this is an excellent opportunity for a call centre team leader with a passion for customer service to establish their career in a Top 30 FTSE 100 company.

As a Team Leader at our Manchester customer service centre you’ll be part of a team offers great customer service and retains our customers who are moving to their new home. We require passionate people with drive to enable us to keep moving forward as we continue to make big changes to our business for our customers. We require leaders who can adapt to an ever changing landscape, lead through change and be comfortable in a fast paced contact centre environment

Your experience of leading teams, coaching individuals, working in a highly regulated environment and having a passion for customer service will drive you to get it right first time for your customers.
