  • marketing to a broad range of market segments, from INC to SME
  • developing B2B digital demand generation, lead nurturing capability and sales enablement programs in North America
  • running B2B marketing in the areas of demand generation, digital and field marketing and/or digital marketing operations
  • proven ability to design and lead campaign strategies and plans
  • B2B demand creation, campaign enablement and field marketing
  • online & SaaS marketing techniques such as using trials to drive conversions
  • developing and delivering Sales Enablement and campaign training schemes within a technology or SAAS business in a variety of mediums
  • B2B marketing and sales processes, measurement and best practices, with demonstrated expertise with lead management tools and Salesforce
  • working with channel partners to drive business
  • creating strategies and tactics to access customers with engaging campaigns
  • Sales Methodologies and different learning styles
  • applying customer insights to influence behaviours throughout the customer journey and buyer personas 
  • Level of education required to carry out the role competently and effectively. Degree level qualification in any discipline – or equivalent


  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse, multi-location, and geographical teams and partner successfully with Sales management and Sales enablement teams
  • Strong team player who is passionate, quality driven, technology savvy and self-motivated
  • Must be able to thrive in a dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work to deadlines and manage multiple projects across the organisation
  • Focus on driving measurable results
  • Excellent planning and programme management skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to present and explain key findings in order to engage and influence a range of senior Centrica stakeholders, customers and suppliers
