Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in B2B training and/or sales enablement
  • Demonstated knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes, measurement and best practices
  • Excellent planning and programme management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proven track record in developing and delivering Sales Enablement and training schemes within an technology or SAAS business in a variety of mediums
  • Excellent understanding of Sales Methodologies and different learning styles
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing, training and sales enablement
  • Direct hands-on expertise of developing training and sales enablement programs in EMEA or global environment
  • Focus on driving measurable results
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse, multi-location, and geographical teams and partner successfully with Sales management and Sales enablement teams
  • Strong team player who is passionate, quality driven, technology savvy and self-motivated
  • Must be able to thrive in a dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work to deadlines and manage multiple projects 
  • Level of education required to carry out the role competently and effectively. Degree level qualification in any discipline – or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the proposition training program working with the proposition marketing managers to develop appropriate product training and sales enablement content and courses
  • Working with Learning and Development be responsible for the scheduling and logistics of the program
  • Own the implementation of the marketing and sales methodology frameworks in conjunction with external subject matter experts and Learning and Development
  • Use latest training techniques to develop a portfolio of engaging, appropriate training courses and content
  • Be a center of excellence to help the proposition and marketing managers work with the sales teams to drive social selling techniques as an integrated part of the sales process.  Advise and/or support them with the necessary tools, content, analytics, training and metrics.
  • Ensure the measurement and ongoing improvement of the training program to maximize their value and effectiveness
