The Digital Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for maximising digital sales conversion, improving customer satisfaction, delivering innovative capabilities and achieving sales targets.
You will identify new opportunities to enhance the digital sales experience for new and existing British Gas customers. You will help to virtually manage an IS team, providing direction and defining requirements so that they can develop the onsite experience, future digital capability and propositions.
You should have experience working in a Digital Sales environment and experience in growing online sales and delivering sales targets. You must have experience of developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the business, this will include, but not be limited to, Product, Propositions, Pricing, Marketing and Legal/Compliance teams.
We require someone with the ability to make decisions based on MI analysis balancing customer, business and employee needs You’ll have to work fast to solve problems under pressure at times of high workload and competing priorities. And you’ll need to remain focused, composed, optimistic and flexible in difficult situations; resilient and be able to bounce back and learn from failures or disappointments.
