Responsibilities

  • Monitor change progression
  • Prepare and produce accurate briefing documents to be delivered to the Hive Central and partner teams with an understanding and the ability to anticipate resistance
  • Business Readiness Testing
  • Consult with Business Readiness & Customer Experience teams for updates
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Communicate instructions or requests to various individuals and/or departments, obtaining information as required
  • Working closely with our Resources Team to balance employee, customer and business requirements
  • Design and deliver soft skills, technical and product training to both existing and new employees on a group or one-to-one basis
  • Identify gaps in existing training materials and structures and proactively offer solutions or recommend changes
  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, regular consultation with team leaders, managers and individual team members 
  • Report on training delivered and its effectiveness by working with Team Leaders, through feedback received and own observations
  • Ensure that the induction, the call center manual and all training materials are updated and maintained
