The Email/SMS Manager will be responsible for Email & SMS campaign management and delivery across a range of activity supporting our sales and self-serve growth objectives
You will be responsible for managing the planning, scheduling and execution of email & SMS programs; including one-off emails, transactional emails, and campaign emails within agreed timelines, managing the execution of email campaigns end-to-end, from creative assets and audience segmentation/targeting, creative setup, testing/QA and deployment via our Email Service Provider and working with stakeholders to plan the campaign projects, timescales and budgets, (weekly, monthly and yearly planning).
You will also need to execute on A/B and multivariate test strategies on email campaigns to increase engagement and open/click-thru rates, create and update email reporting dashboards and custom reports analysing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program.
You should have proven in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, the ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple campaigns whilst continuing to deliver on time and to budget, excellent knowledge of email best practices, methodologies, techniques, tools and passionate about delivering a high quality product and strong understanding of how to effectively engage and convert email subscribers through template design and email copy.
