Customer Intake Supervisor

Availability M-F 8:00 am- 8:00 pm and some Saturdays
Inside Service Supervisor is responsible for operation of customer intake center, dispatch and technician scheduling in a Regional setting
Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervision, training and development of CSR team, Service Agreement growth, customer intake booking rate, dispatcher supervision and technician scheduling
