PH Jones is part of British Gas and is a provider of gas central heating service, repair and installations to the social housing market. We are now looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Poole where you will have an opportunity to work with talented and friendly people and put your fantastic people and customer service skills to use.

What will you be doing?

As Office Manager you’ll create a customer focussed culture and a right first time, every time approach with your team. You will review your team’s performance on a regular basis - developing, engaging and leading your office based team to drive the delivery of our operational, financial and growth targets.

In addition to managing your team, you will build strong relationships with your customers, managing any complaints through to an effective resolution for the customer and PH Jones.

What do we need from you?

To be really brilliant in this role you should be a confident communicator at all levels and have an ability to build great relationships. You will be working under your own initiative, so we need you to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work as part of the team – bringing out the best in each of them to achieve their targets.

You’ll be able to your demonstrate previous management experience, great customer service skills, commercial acumen and effective decision making. You will be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
