We are looking for an experienced CRM Analyst to join our growing and highly respected Effectiveness & Optimisation team based at our HQ in Staines - TW18 (Only 25 mins from Clapham). You will be responsible for managing business critical CRM projects within our Customer Data & Insights function.

Package circa: £55,000 including, Pension, bonus, Flexible benefits and 25 days annual leave, as well as the opportunity for flexible working. What will you be up to?

You will be part of a team of CRM Analytical Specialists that develop the optimisation, measurement and arbitration frameworks for a wide array of targeted CRM Best Next Action and Lifecycle campaign activity across multiple channels and brands.

You will be responsible for maximising the commercial impact of our activity and developing advanced analytics to improve our marketing effectiveness and dashboard capability. Setting out the optimisation strategies that will help the enterprise to resolve trade-offs between volume and value, individual business units and enterprise, product and customer.

One of your first tasks in this role will be to develop end-to-end understanding of current and future potential performance ensuring Insight is fully leveraged. Take ownership for development and refinement of dashboards, reports and analytics for campaign effectiveness, model-performance and optimisation. You will also be asked to run optimisation models involving audience segmentation, exclusions and assignment of offers and channels based on historic performance and estimated future performance.

Who we are looking for?

Our ideal team member will be someone that will quickly establish themselves as a expert within their field able to guide stakeholder decision making. You will be able to demonstrate through your application not only your expertise within the field of CRM Analytics and Marketing but also as well a natural curiosity to proactively question and investigate data. You will need to come from a solid CRM Analytical background within an end user, consultancy or customer focused organisations where you have proven experience of driving marketing effectiveness and optimisation improvement as well as implementing a best practice approach to campaign value maximisation. these
