Job Description

The Sales Process Analyst is an exciting opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and interact with a diverse set of folks from different disciplines.  The role provides operational support to the telesales, retail, digital partners, digital telesales, and door to door sales processes with a primary focus on conversion to net sales, customer experience, and retention. The role will also be very involved in working with technology and project implementation for a wide range of assignments. 

 

 

Requirements

  • College degree in business, economics, supply chain or procurment or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to quickly understand, isolate and resolve issues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expert in Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
  • Previous experience where demonstrated critical thinking skills 

Responsibilities

  • Manage technology and project implementation including requirements definition, technical specification design, coordination with various teams for approval & execution, quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing, and product launch
  • Manage software support for telesales and retail scripting and order flow
  • Utilize best practices for telesales, partner and retail sales to new and existing customers
  • Provide creative input for new telesales, partner and retail plans and promotions
  • Support the digital, telesales and retail teams with both partners and vendors
  • Analyze and report on electricity / natural gas sales and channels
  • Manage end-to-end order analysis, research and correction in compliance with relevant market guidelines, protocols, and state regulatory rules
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding regulatory compliance and process adherence
  • Identify and execute workflow improvements in collaboration with the sales team, sales operations team and other internal departments
  • Audit for accurate pricing presentation on all telesales and retail platforms
  • Special projects, research and ad hoc analysis as requested
