Salary £18,130 rising to £19,573 plus excellent benefits

The role of a CSA in our outbound dialler team is to ensure that every British Gas customer receives excellent customer service. This will be achieved through ensuring that you and your team understand what excellent customer service looks, sounds and feels like and will strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction,

Adaptability to change as the job role changes daily depending on what the business requires. Liaising with the Planning Team throughout the working day to confirm what is required which can change quickly. Identify and understand customer and engineer needs, delivering a first class customer and engineer service

This role will be required to support with the booking of Annual Service Visits driven from outbound calling and text messaging and also where required the re-scheduling of appointments
