Job Primary Focus:
 Own and ensure accuracy of Revenue Rate forecasting for all residential markets
 Perform profitability, sensitivity, cohort & adhoc analysis on new products and offers
 Perform price to compare forecasting for all northeast markets
 Regularly audit products and highlight areas of opportunity
 Track and report product performance from inception to retirement
 Collaborate with Commercial and other LOB’s to establish, analyze and execute strategies
 Work closely with Structuring, Margin Forecasting, Data Management and Costing & Deployment teams


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, IT, Mathematics or Engineering with at least 1-2 years of experience in an energy-related field is required.
 Must be an expert in MS Excel and have basic SQL skills
 Knowledge of VBA coding and ability to debug is a plus
 Must have ability to develop Level 1 (basic) pricing and/or financial model
 Basic knowledge of fixed and variable energy products
 Knowledge of PUC pricing regulations and compliance
 Competency in at least 1 Power ISO and some knowledge of retail gas costing
 CTA and CTS comprehension
 Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines when necessary
 Must have good analytical and presentation skills


1. Collaborate with wholesale pricing team to understand and validate the cost buildup of residential Cost of Goods Sold
2. Ownership of Revenue Rate Forecasting Engine and ability to explain PnL impacts

3. Must own the strategy models and ensure their integrity and validity
4. Margin reporting, headroom analysis, stress testing of prices and portfolio
5. Leverage end-to-end market understanding (wholesale market to customer life cycle) to drive a rigorous and quantitatively-based view of product offerings and margins
6. Work cross-functionally to understand all of the drivers of customer value and determine how to incorporate these learnings into the pricing, product and hedging strategies
7. Develop and drive understanding around customer segmentation leading to specific pricing strategies
8. Integrate and manage products and prices into IT systems with keen focus on every customer billed correctly
9. Motivate, build and manage relationships across the organization to ensure smooth exchange of ideas and proper implementation of processes
10. Deliver accurate analysis and recommendations to management
11. Adherence to NAH U.S Pricing PMCCV
