The Operations Systems Analyst will be responsible for using business systems knowledge and technical skills to carry out analysis on system issues, new software, process, change and anything else that may impact or enhance our business and IS services with regards to Operations and customer experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring information systems are operated to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records, assisting in the analysis of the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identifies available options for consideration. You will provide in-depth analysis of operational data to identify the causes, patterns and trends in business performance
You should have experience in defining, planning and justifying (in business terms) projects/project requirements, specifying and developing test scenarios to test that new/redesigned processes deliver improved ways of working for the end user at the same time as delivering efficiencies and planned business benefits.
We require someone who is experience in using web analytics and has an understanding of service monitoring tools.
