Responsible for supervising and coordinating the project management team for an office location. The individual must be a self-motivated professional with a background in residential solar project management.. The individual should exhibit the ability to communicate effectively, building a team culture with a drive for achievement, accountability, quality, safety, teamwork, and attention-to-detail.

 

Requirements

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously including prioritizing, organizing, and planning to meet all deadlines.
Strong work ethic and discipline with ability to effectively build and lead a team in a fast paced environment in order to meet monthly quotas and deadlines.
Performance management and coaching.
Computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation
Degree preferred in a business or technical field, including finance/accounting, engineering, economics, mathematics, or sciences. Proven business experience in a similar environment is acceptable alternative.
5 years of construction or project management experience with solar experience.
NABCEP certification is preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Work duties performed in an office and warehouse environment, and include making home site visits and accessing attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a safety culture in the workplace that establishes safety and compliance as our highest priority.
Recruiting, training, and managing Project Leads and Operations Surveyors to assign, track, review and prepare projects for installation and inspection.
Working closely with Construction Manager and Sales Manager to build weekly installation schedule and deliver on commitments to our customers.
Reviewing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Conducting regular in-the-field coaching via customer meeting and inspection shadowing.
