The Role

The UAT Analyst will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional online customer experience through managing the business test and sign off process and assisting in the transition of releases into the live environment and will also ensure the correct test process is carried out and reported on.

You will be responsible for supporting the Test Manager to deliver a full testing service of daily content changes, email campaigns and new tariffs etc and responsible for the daily testing and management of all content changes that are ready for UAT, administering defects to completion, creating UAT testing cards, writing up defects, creating purposeful test data and ensuring all aspects of website deliverables conform to expected design and functional requirements.

If you have proven experience and success in a similar role, experience of managing, planning and prioritising workload, experience of front end usability testing / Web testing and experience of working with Defect Management tools we would love to hear from you.

We require someone who has a full understanding and experience of UAT, experience of the software testing lifecycle, experience of working with various types of testing techniques and methodologies in particular Waterfall, Agile and V model as well as an exceptional eye for detail.
