Minimum of 5 years relevant Human Resources experience

Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience required

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

Strong HR analytics, data gathering/analytics tools

Analytical, critical thinker with logical problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and  diplomacy, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task

Sound judgment and risk assessment/mitigation

Process and systems oriented

Understanding of various human resources policies and procedures

Expedient follow through and strong attention to detail

Exhibit potential at being able to form strong professional relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders and work across all levels of the business


The Associate HR Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources department and local employees in the Direct Energy Solar line of business. The incumbent will provide HR support to the Direct Energy Solar business including oversight of the payroll. The successful candidate will participate in the resolution of employee relations problems and deliver services related to Human Resources programs.
