The Role

We are looking for experienced senior operational leader’s who can lead the interface between our UK Home and UK Business function. We require you to lead all British Gas Service planning beyond a 12 month window, and have the ability to create compelling strategic plans to co-ordinate and lead the means of delivery in a cost conscious and controlled environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to build trust and effective relationships across the business and provide strategic recommendations for managing, optimizing and delivering service contracts to meet customer and regulatory obligations.

This work will be challenging, and will require an agile and focused leader to bring together a wide network of cross functional information and relationships to drive the successful running of our field operation.

Essential & Key Skills

  • Significant experience of dynamic risk modelling and optimisation through sophisticated analytics 
  • Strong intellectual capability with the ability to analyse multi variable scenarios with significant complexity and ambiguity and synthesise complex situations and data to make actionable recommendations

Travel and Location

We have roles in both our Staines (TW18 3BY) and Stockport (SK1 2GT) offices with occasional travel to other BG sites required.
