- Listening skills, polite, courteous, helpful demeanor, patient, and service oriented.
- Identifying application issues quickly and clearly communicating solutions to the customer.
- Ability to multi-task and proficiently assist our customers.
- Excellent skills required to manage stress involved in meeting goals and deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop applications.
- Responds to live web inquiries while showing empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment.
- Communicate information to a variety of non-technical and technical customers
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Work in a fast paced, high volume, changing environment.
- Provide solutions to all customer service issues within conversation, or escalate to the appropriate service desk with follow up and ticket completion.
