This role is based in our centre in Chandler’s Ford, SO53 2TA

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the end to end management and resolution of complaints and enquiries from British Gas domestic energy customers. This role revolves around three guiding principles: fix problems, restore customer confidence through effective communication, and provide feedback to the wider business to drive ongoing customer service improvement.
