An Installs Customer Support Advisor role concentrates on the needs of our customers and managing their expectations in a timely manner in the event of the client requiring a new boiler.

The Role

  • Contacting customers to book in survey appointments
  • Promoting features and benefits of products to influence and gain “buy-in” from customers
  • Taking a range of inbound calls and handling them correctly – (internal and external)
  • Managing the customer through their journey within CI
  • Providing a reliable and trustworthy customer service whilst taking ownership of customer queries and complaints
  • Safely and accurately maintain customer related information and records
  • Making sure the outcome is the best possible for both the customer and the business
  • Meet telephony based targets
  • Handle a customer through their acceptance phase

  • 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English is desirable.

Work Experience

  • Previous outbound and inbound call experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular; Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Customer service background
  • Previous experience of working both individually and as part of a team

 This is a 3-6 month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment
