Starting salary, £20,519.64 rising to £21,600.84 after successful probationary period plus flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle.
Shifts: Full time 37 hours per week which includes working every Saturday 7.30am to 6pm, Sunday 7.30pm to 5pm and 3 days during the week. Part time hours also will be consided, minimum of 25 hours per week.

As a Customer Service Advisor within our Dispatch team, you will play a key part in the delivery of Service Excellence to our customers, your role will be to work with local area teams, both field and office based and ensure the dispatch applications are utilised consistently and efficiently. You will help to identify opportunities for planning, optimisation, forecasting and dispatching processes whilst maintaining and operating the systems to enable effective delivery of great customer service.
As part of the Dispatch team, you will need to be able to prioritise, be a logical problem solver and able to remain calm under pressure. It is important you enjoy working as a team with the ability to build excellent relationships.
If you’ve got outstanding interpersonal skills and take pride in giving your best, our comprehensive five week training will give you the knowledge to deliver a first-class customer experience.
