  • The Carers Network

    Centrica's Carers Network

    The Carers Network is a supportive Network where people are able to connect with other colleagues, who may or may not be a carer themselves, and ideas and information about any aspect of caring. Our purpose is to provide support to employees with, or those affected by caring responsibilities. Our vision is for all employees to have visibility of the support available to them as carers, and for our leaders to understand how to fully support those in their team with caring responsibilities. Employees have access to up to six weeks additional Carers Leave which is explained in our Carers Policy.   • Spectrum

    Centrica’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender network SPECTRUM

    We are Spectrum – Centrica’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender+ (LGBT+) employee network. Our purpose is to make it easier for everyone to bring their whole selves to work, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. The network and our events are open to everyone – whether you identify as LGBT+ yourself, or you just want to find out more about how you can support your LGBT+ colleagues as an ally. Centrica recognises that a person’s sexual orientation and gender are important parts of their identity and being able to bring your whole self to work is central to being a confident, motivated and productive employee.
