Duration: 2 years & 3 months

Locations: UK-wide

Starting salary: £27,000 plus £3,000 starting bonus

Minimum requirements: 2:1 degree or Masters (with 2:2 degree minimum)

What does it involve?

Would you like to be part of a dynamic and exciting team?  One that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do? Our Insight team is responsible for this key role. We cover the entire customer experience and deliver actionable insights that keep our customers at the heart of all our commercial decisions.

Covering 28 million customer accounts, we combine advanced analytics with a huge variety of market research techniques to develop a deep understanding of our customers: who they are, how they behave, what they like to buy and what they think about us.  We get to know them so that we can fully understand their needs and behaviours and use that information to influence the decisions we make as a company.  This, together with making sure our data is as accurate as it can be, ensures we appeal to the right customers at the right time.

Customer Insight is all about how we as a business use our data to generate deep actionable insight about our customers' needs and behaviours, and act on these for our customers in a timely manner. The graduate scheme has been a fantastic opportunity to experience all aspects of this, ranging from the management and governance of the data right through to the generation of insight for use throughout the business, helping to develop my analytical, coding, commercial awareness, project and stakeholder management skills.
