What does it involve?
Customers are at the heart of everything we do at British Gas – we’re guided by the principle of “doing what’s right”. We spent over £200 million helping vulnerable customers in 2015; we make a point of listening to our customers and finding out about their needs. The team research insights, test ideas, produce commercial business cases and manage the 'go to market' plans for new and existing products. They then optimise communication channels to maximise our brand and drive sustainable profitable growth.
We’re seeking graduates who have an interest in marketing and are keen to develop in a fast-paced commercial environment. On the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams, projects and businesses in a series of placements. You’ll learn important commercial marketing skills such as product development, loyalty, communication channel management and brand building. Or you might be challenged to develop project plans, devise strategies or manage digital content.
