Please note that applications for the Analyst programme are now closed.
As an analyst on our graduate programme your responsibilities are varied: ensuring the considerable investments we make in energy exploration, optimisation and trading count, providing secure energy supplies and ensuring we offer products and services that respond to our customer needs.
During your two years on the programme you'll have three eight-month placements in three different roles. This could see you filling a number of roles with a range of teams and functions including customer insight, hedging and risk teams in British Gas, pricing teams across the organisation or analysis teams in Centrica Energy or Centrica Storage.
Wherever you are, you'll gain crucial exposure and experience while developing deeper analytical capability and working on projects that will directly impact the bottom line.
I love that I have been given the opportunity to develop both strong technical skills and general management skills, which makes you extremely valuable to the company.
